Your booking system takes the booking and sends the reminder. GhostBookings works alongside it: it reads each booking as it’s made or changed, picks out the ones worth a direct question, and gets the answer to your host.

Not a nightly spreadsheet. Some systems can send that on request; others arrange it through their partner programmes. We check yours before you sign up, and say so if it won’t work.

- On a paid plan, you can give another service access to your bookings yourself. We’ll check whether it keeps us up to date as bookings change.

- Says it already picks out guests at risk of not turning up. Worth a conversation if you want calls and staff-led table recovery on top.
- Tock
- Can send booking updates on some plans. Tell us yours and we’ll check.
- Eat App
- Offers partner connections on request. We’ll check what your account allows.
- Tablein
- We haven’t found a way for it to send booking updates yet. Ask us and we’ll look again.
Moving off Quandoo? Quandoo has closed. Whichever system you move to, tell us and we’ll check it before you commit.
