One less empty table
is the point.
You are paying for earlier clarity about the reservations already in your diary: a clearer list for your team, a respectful way to check in with guests, and more time to act when plans change.
We do not take a per-cover commission, and we do not claim that every empty table can be prevented. Your account will show actual confirmations, cancellations and recorded cover outcomes.

Do we have to replace our booking system?
No. GhostBookings is designed to sit alongside it. We check whether your platform can share the needed booking events before activation.
How do monthly payments work?
Your monthly subscription is invoiced in advance, with 14 days to pay. We only start it after you agree the plan and your integration is ready.
What happens if we need more messages or calls?
Buy a one-time top-up in your account. You pay through Stripe Checkout before credits are added. There are no automatic overage charges. AI-call packs appear for purchase when voice service is active for your venue.
Is every integration ready today?
No. We verify partner access and guest-contact permissions venue by venue. We will tell you what is ready before you agree to switch on.
Is VAT included?
Prices shown exclude VAT. Applicable VAT is added to invoices and top-up checkout. Any bespoke integration work is agreed separately in writing.
