We’d rather earn our first ten restaurants than sell them something. So the price won’t move while you find out whether it works for your room, and if the first month tells you it doesn’t, you walk away.

- 01Your monthly price is fixed for 12 months.
The plan you start on keeps its launch price for 12 months from the day your service starts. If you move to another plan in that year, it’s fixed at its launch price for the rest of the 12 months too.
- 02Leave in your first 30 days and owe nothing.
If it isn’t right, tell us within 30 days of your service starting. We’ll cancel your first monthly invoice, or refund it in full if you’ve already paid. Top-up packs are separate and aren’t part of this.
- 03Your service starts when your bookings arrive.
That’s the day your booking system is connected and your plan begins. Checking the fit, agreeing your rules and test bookings all come first, and none of them is charged.
- 04There are ten places, one per venue.
A place is yours once you’ve agreed your plan with us. A group with several venues uses one place for each. When all ten have gone, this page will say so.
- 05What we’d like back.
A short call after your first month and again after three, to hear what works and what doesn’t. Your figures stay yours; we won’t quote them anywhere without asking.

Is anything different about the service?
No. Founding venues get the same plans as everyone else. The difference is the fixed price and the 30 days to leave.
What happens after the 12 months?
Your plan moves to the published price at that time. We’ll tell you at least a month before, so there are no surprises.
Does asking commit me to anything?
No. Asking starts a conversation. Nothing is agreed, and nothing is charged, until you’ve chosen a plan and your booking system is connected.
Which booking systems can join?
Any system that can send us your bookings as they’re made and changed. Tell us which one you use and we’ll check it before you commit to anything. See how it works with yours.
